Now Hiring - Manufacturing Infrastructure & Business Development Program Manager in Austin, TX

• Create, distribute, and maintain dashboards and reports to track all aspects of infrastructure development (project counts, durations, timelines, etc.)

• Provide data-backed, innovative process improvements to team leadership. Lead or assist in the implementation of these process changes.

• Facilitate the rollout of new program initiatives.

• Actively communicate project and program updates to field leaders.

• Facilitate ongoing team meetings to discuss project updates and track progress.

• Distribute critical project updates to Tesla leadership on an ongoing basis.

• Partner with the Tesla design team and local business leaders to ensure all location data is accurately tracked following the completion of a remodel or expansion project.

• Collaborate with the Tesla Infrastructure Business Planning team to understand existing site requirements and analyze business cases for proposed remodels and expansions.

• Work with the Infrastructure Development team to summarize project approval requests with key metrics and submit to leadership for review.

• Manage miscellaneous data requests specific to remodel and expansion projects.

• Drive initiatives to improve team execution.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals.
